- Express shipping for international orders is available. For international delivery, customers have to bear all customs duties and taxes imposed by the receiver’s government.
- All orders made before 3PM will be processed and shipped on the same day from Monday – Friday, otherwise shipped the following working day.
- Orders made after 3PM on Friday will be processed and shipped on the following working day.

Exchanged or returned item must comply with our policy:
- In situation of return, please report your problem to our customer service team via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp +62813 8890 2277
- If merchandise is found defective or faulty (damaged product, damaged stitching, damaged Print, and damaged fabric) upon receipt, please notify us within 15 working days from the day the merchandise is received and it can be replaced with no charge and full reimbursement of your shipping cost or refund the full amount of merchandise as per your request.
- Refund or exchange of merchandise will be processed within 15 working days upon receiving the returned merchandise.
- Merchandise sent for return or exchange must be returned in its original packaging with label and tags on, the apparel must be unworn and unwashed (no distinct odor, blemishes, etc.)
- We are sorry but discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We can only exchange the sizes subject to availability; we cannot exchange colors or type of apparel for another.
- Once the returned items are conﬁrmed, you are eligible for full refund of merchandise price or exchanged.
- The cost of return of merchandise from customer to our customer service return center has to be borne by customer; in case of exchange we will bear the charges of resending the order.
- Once the returned items are conﬁrmed, you are eligible for full refund or exchange.
- We receive all payments in IDR, therefore all refunds are processed in IDR, in case you purchase using a different currency, we will refund in IDR equavalent to the amount paid in foreign currency.
Returns and exchanges are applicable for orders shipped to Indonesia and other countries within 15 working days starting from the delivered date of the merchandise or otherwise stated in the Shipping and Return Page. Any exchange for International orders might be charged for extra delivery fee, depends on the shipment location.
